Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Audit Coordination: Collaborate with external auditors, ensure timely submission of required documentation, and address audit inquiries.
• Budget Control: Lead budget planning, monitor actuals versus forecasts, investigate variances, and report to senior management.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow forecasts, working capital optimization, and treasury activities.
• Financial Systems: Utilize NetSuite and BI tools to produce financial insights and streamline reporting processes.
• Compliance & Regulation: Ensure adherence to tax regulations, corporate laws, and relevant financial disclosures.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial operations and lead initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial control role, preferably in a tech or industrial company
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SaaS KPIs
• Completed internship at one of the Big Four firms – mandatory
• Proven experience in high-tech audit – an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with NetSuite and Salesforce systems
• High-level proficiency in English and Hebrew – mandatory
• Initiative-driven, detail-oriented, and reliable under pressure
