Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join one of Israel’s largest and leading vehicle agencies – a respected and stable organization with nationwide presence!

In this role, you’ll take ownership of cross-organizational projects, work closely with senior stakeholders and external vendors, and lead impactful processes that directly influence the company’s business and operational performance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage end to end cross-organizational business projects involving multiple departments and external vendors.
• Analyze business needs, define and document requirements, and write clear and structured functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including team leads and senior managers.
• Coordinate and communicate with external service providers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Take full ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment- ensuring accuracy, clarity, and accountability.
• Identify gaps, drive process improvements, and propose solutions in operational and business contexts.
• Maintain structured documentation, and support implementation and organizational adoption of new systems or processes.

‍Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in project management - Must
• Proven experience leading complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders - Must
• Hands-on experience writing functional and business requirements documents- Must
• Strong technical orientation and familiarity with interfaces, web services, and data structures - Strong Advantage
• Sharp thinking, high initiative, and the ability to drive processes independently‍
• Relevant academic degree - Advantage
