Senior Python Engineer

Looking for a Senior Python Backend Engineer | Tel Aviv / Hybrid

I’m hiring for a stealth startup backed by top-tier investors — and we’re looking for a senior backend engineer who lives and breathes Python.

🧩 What you’ll actually be doing

• Writing real, production-ready Python every day
• Designing backend systems that are built to scale
• Creating APIs and infrastructure to handle complex, high-volume data flows
• Solving real-world technical challenges — together with great people
• Taking full ownership of your work, from design to deployment

🔍 What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in backend development — with Python as your main language
• Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance
• Comfortable working with databases, queues, and production infrastructure
• Someone who cares about clean, secure, reliable code

💡 It would be great if you also have

• Experience with cloud-native tools like Kubernetes or serverless
• Worked on real-time systems or handled big data loads
• A background in sensitive, complex, or regulated environments
