Our solution combines local LLM/LVM-driven behavioral analysis, real-time user coaching, and explainable AI to protect enterprises from within—without compromising user trust.

We’re entering a $3.8B market growing at 17% CAGR, backed by seasoned founders with deep cybersecurity and enterprise leadership experience. With our MVP launch slated for the end of 2025, we're looking for a technical co-founder who will lead the technological direction and help shape a category-defining product.

Role Summary

This is a full-time, hybrid Co-Founder & CTO position based in the Tel Aviv District, with flexibility for remote work. You will be responsible for owning the product’s technical vision and execution—from prototype to production. As the founding CTO, you’ll lead the AI/ML, cybersecurity, and software engineering teams to deliver a highly scalable, on-device AI cybersecurity platform.

You will directly influence the success of InSightAI’s core technology, product-market fit, and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build our on-device AI-powered insider threat management platform.
• Lead R&D for embedded AI/ML models, including LLMs/LVMs optimized for real-time behavioral analysis, privacy, and edge deployment.
• Drive platform integration with SIEM, DLP, and endpoint protection tools—ensuring seamless orchestration with the cybersecurity ecosystem.
• Build and lead a cross-functional technical team including engineers, AI researchers, and product managers.
• Collaborate with the CEO and founding team to align the technology roadmap with business and go-to-market strategy.
• Own security and privacy architecture, ensuring compliance with GDPR, SOC2, ISO27001, and emerging regulatory frameworks.
• Represent InSightAI in technical due diligence, customer discussions, and at industry events.
• Create and maintain rigorous development, testing, and release processes across all product components.

You Should Bring

• Proven experience as a CTO or senior technical leader in a deep-tech or cybersecurity SaaS company (startup or scale-up).
• Strong expertise in:
• AI/ML model deployment (especially LLM/LVM optimization and edge/endpoint inference)
• Cybersecurity engineering, particularly insider threat or endpoint detection & response (EDR)
• Cloud-native architecture and on-device software development (Windows/macOS)
• Familiarity with data privacy laws, threat modeling, and behavioral analytics.
• Experience building and scaling high-performance technical teams in early-stage environments.
• Passion for solving complex technical challenges, particularly around human behavior, insider risk, and real-time protection.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to balance speed, quality, and strategic direction.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, or related fields preferred.
