📍 Hybrid position based in the Tel Aviv area

We’re hiring for two separate positions in leading tech teams within one of the largest financial organizations in Israel.

💡 About the Teams

1. Data & AI Division

An innovative team leading the organization’s GenAI and Big Data initiatives. We develop application infrastructures, AI agents, and a full Datalake ecosystem using Java, Python, AWS, and more.

2. Integrated Platforms Tribe

A strong backend team responsible for advanced API systems, self-service platforms, and innovative infrastructures. We work in a microservices architecture using OpenShift and event-driven models.

🔧 Role Responsibilities

• Develop advanced backend systems with Java + Spring Boot
• Build GenAI infrastructures and integrate AI tools into daily development
• Design and implement REST APIs and Microservices in both cloud and on-prem environments
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Helm
• Use both relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, MongoDB)
• Write high-quality technical documentation (Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams)
• Monitor and optimize performance with Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace

🧠 Requirements

✔️ 2+ years of experience in Java development (Spring Boot)

✔️ Practical hands-on experience with AWS (not just courses!)

✔️ Required – experience with Docker and Kubernetes

✔️ Real-world experience working with GenAI – beyond basic familiarity

✔️ Experience with REST APIs, Microservices

✔️ Comfortable working in Linux environments

✔️ Experience with Version Control tools (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines

✔️ Nice to have: Kafka, Spark, Cloudera CDP, Jenkins, ArgoCD

✔️ Familiarity with AI tools for development such as Copilot, ChatGPT – strong advantage
