Head of ILS Engineering | Defense Plant – Missile Systems Division

The position includes:

• Managing all activities related to ILS, serving as a factory knowledge center and providing professional support to the marketing department, business divisions, and customer service domain.
• Responsibility for managing a group of ILS engineers supporting business projects of the plant from the initial customer response stage through system support at the customer site throughout the system's lifecycle.
• Good familiarity with the professional content world of maintaining complex systems, mastery of ILS models and project processes, strong technical understanding, systemic perspective, data analysis skills, and drawing conclusions.
