We are looking for a strong and experienced Senior Full Stack Software Developer with an excellent understanding of server-side technologies and the Frontend web environment, critical thinking, and a healthy disrespect for the impossible. You will work on an exciting new product, designed to address the most current and modern requirements and technologies. You should excel in working with large-scale web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, integrating with our cloud-based SaaS platform.
• Lead the development of the Frontend based on React and MUI, ensuring a robust, maintainable, and scalable architecture.
• Collaborate with a team of talented, highly motivated, and product-driven engineers. Work closely with Product, Design and QA teams from planning to technical design, implementation, deployment, and impact measurement.
• Evolve our engineering and system architecture to support scale, growing user base, and data complexity.
• Design solutions to ensure high performance, security, and maintainability.
• Partner with UX and Product Managers to define tasks and initiatives that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development working across both Frontend and Backend technologies – Must.
• Strong expertise in React, modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Semantic HTML5 – Must.
• Solid experience developing backend applications using Java and Spring Boot – Must.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs - Must.
• Proven experience working with modern Frontend frameworks and libraries such as MUI, Chakra UI, or Tailwind, and a passion for high-quality CSS.
• Hands-on experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture and Micro-frontends.
• Experience working in a SaaS product company environment.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Experience working with AI-based development tools and copilots (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to boost productivity and code quality.
• Team player with a collaborative approach, strong ownership mindset, and a drive to deliver results.
• Good spoken and written English.
