We’re looking for a talented and motivated FP&A Analyst to join our growing FP&A team. You will be responsible for planning and analyzing the company’s financials and cash position to ensure accurate recording and enable educated decision-making, budget control, and ongoing monitoring. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide financial insights into key decisions based on Riskified’s financial analysis and performance .We are looking for someone with well-rounded FP&A experiences who have partnered or led projects across multiple organizations. The ideal candidate has keen analytical skills, strong financial and presentation acumen, ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and prioritize multiple deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Partner closely with department heads to understand their goals, challenges, and budgetary needs, and support them with financial insights (in particular, support cloud and Data sources as well as other departments)
• Generate budget vs. actuals analysis, investigate and explain key variances, trends, and drivers.
• Cash flow forecasts and planning to ensure cash optimization and sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
• Cash reporting including monthly budget vs.actual analysis,investigate and explain key variances, trends, and drivers.
• Provide support for the annual planning and financial forecasting processes
• Provide the analytical framework and strategic insights to identify risks and opportunities associated with the company’s financials
• Prepare financial analysis to monitor and facilitate the understanding of key operating and financial trends with respect to revenue, expenses, and headcount trending
• Assist in key month-end activities to provide oversight of completeness and accuracy of the monthly reports
• Provide ongoing financial support and decision-making analysis for different teams, projects, customer transactions, and other initiatives
• Assist with ad-hoc requests (analysis and reporting)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics/other relevant fields 4+ years of direct experience working in FP&A, Accounting, Investment Banking or Financial Consulting
• CPA with a Big 4 firm experience - advantage
• Proficiency in Netsuite and experience with PBCS or other budget software is a plus, Tableau or other BI tool
• Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with senior management
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Self-motivated person who can work independently
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel / G-Suite skills - A Must
• Fluent English (spoken and written)- A Must
