About the Team:

The QA team at Cyera ensures our products meet the highest reliability, security, and performance standards. We define and implement quality assurance strategies across engineering groups, focusing on seamless testing, robust automation, and process efficiency. Our team is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and committed to continuous improvement.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a QA Manager to lead and manage QA engineers across multiple teams, ensuring testing aligns with Cyera’s product and business goals. You will collaborate with R&D, DevOps, and Product teams to scale testing strategies, automate workflows, and improve QA efficiency. Your work will directly enhance the security and reliability of our platform, strengthening customer trust in their data protection.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
• Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies, including manual and automated testing, to ensure the highest product quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to integrate quality processes into the software development lifecycle.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust automation frameworks for continuous testing and validation.
• Define and monitor key quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving process optimizations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce best practices, tools, and technologies that enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure that QA methodologies align with security and compliance requirements, supporting Cyera’s mission to protect data.

Must-Haves:

• You have 3+ years of experience managing QA teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• You have a deep understanding of software testing methodologies, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• You have hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• You thrive in cross-functional collaboration and excel at driving quality initiatives across multiple teams.
• You possess strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and inspire QA engineers.
• You are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering high-quality software products.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working in a **cybersecurity or data security environment on a large scale **.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerized environments and Kubernetes.
• Experience with performance and security testing methodologies.
