Design & Permitting Manager – Residential Development

A leading and fast-growing real estate development company is looking for a Design & Permitting Manager to oversee residential projects from concept to permit.

In this role, you’ll lead the full planning and permitting process, manage external consultants, coordinate with local authorities, and drive projects toward execution. You'll report directly to the VP of Engineering and play a key role in shaping our residential developments.

• Lead planning from early programming through to permit approvals.
• Manage consultants and planning teams: meetings, deliverables, invoices.
• Liaise with local authorities to advance permit applications.

• Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer – must
• 2+ years of experience in planning management for residential construction.
• Proven track record in permitting and approvals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, assertive and organized.
