SQL Database Administrator

We are looking for a DBA (Database Administrator) to join our family in a full-time hybrid position. The DBA will work with various customers and be responsible for managing relational databases (mainly SQL Server and PostgreSQL), including performance tuning and optimization, high availability and disaster recovery, database design, and more.

Key Responsibilities

*    Provide a high level of service and ensure customer satisfaction

*    Optimize and tune database performance

*    Plan and implement HA & DR solutions

*    Design and implement database security

*    Participate in business development and product development

*    Share knowledge with the team and the community

Required Skills and Experience

*    At least 3 years of experience as a DBA

*    At least 3 years of experience with the Microsoft Data Platform, including SQL Server or Azure SQL

*   Experience with HA/DR solutions, database maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

*    Fluent in Hebrew and English (read, write, and speak)

*    Excellent communication and relationship skills

*    Effective project and time management skills

*    Professional, thorough, and well-organized
