Senior Product Manager

About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join as SkyGini’s first product hire. You’ll take full ownership of our product execution – from discovery to delivery – and work closely with the founders and engineering team to build high-impact features that reach thousands of users and drive millions in transactions. This is a builder’s role. You’ll define how product gets done at SkyGini – by doing it yourself: writing specs, prioritizing the roadmap, testing releases, and improving user experience across our travel booking platform. As part of our AI-first approach, you’ll work on features powered by LLMs and AI agents – from intelligent search flows to chat-based booking, automated operations, and smart customer interactions. Responsibilities

● Own product execution end-to-end: research, specs, prioritization, delivery, QA, iteration

● Build clear, detailed specs for B2C features with strong UX and real business impact

● Collaborate daily with engineers and founders to ship high-quality features fast

● Analyze user behavior and product data to guide improvements

● Work on AI-powered user experiences and backend flows using LLMs and agents

● Establish product rituals: backlog management, release notes, documentation, etc.

● Constantly push the product forward: better flows, smarter logic, faster execution

Qualifications

● 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fast-moving tech environments

● Proven ability to lead product hands-on without layers of support

● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

● Excellent prioritization, decision-making, and attention to detail

● Experience working closely with engineers and managing product specs independently

● Strong ownership mindset and a bias toward execution

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with B2C products – ideally travel tech, e-commerce, or complex transactional systems

● Familiarity with LLM-powered products or AI-driven flows

● Background in UX, data analysis, or technical domains (APIs, pricing logic, etc.)
