We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations and system integrations.

📍 Location: Petah Tikva | Hybrid Work Model

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Manage Salesforce-based projects from initiation to deployment.
• Collaborate with IT and technology teams, with an emphasis on system integrations.
• Lead matrix management across stakeholders, building trust and alignment across departments.
• Manage project work plans including Gantt charts, timelines, versions, tasks, and day-to-day issues.
• Analyze business needs and write high-level specifications with internal clients.
• Provide hands-on involvement and prepare detailed technical specifications for development and implementation teams.
• Oversee delivery through go-live, including business user training and adoption.
• Support and maintain the system on an ongoing basis.

🔹 Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in system analysis, specification, and project management based on Salesforce.
• Experience implementing system integrations.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Salesforce configuration and implementation.
• Experience working in large financial organizations – advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM – advantage.
