Head of Internal Systems Development

We are looking for a Head of Internal Systems Development!

A leading organization is seeking a highly experienced and innovative professional to lead the development and management of internal enterprise systems. The role focuses on technological innovation, cloud-based solutions, and a deep understanding of business needs and organizational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of advanced service and sales platforms, including CRM and ERP systems
• Manage software development teams and collaborate closely with business stakeholders across the organization
• Own and maintain enterprise information systems, including vendor-based solutions
• Ensure quality, availability, and stability of mission-critical systems
• Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and service agreements both in Israel and abroad
• Implement technological and business work plans while meeting time-to-market goals
• Lead and develop team members, foster professional growth, and enhance team capabilities
• Promote agile methodologies and drive continuous improvement in development processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Software Engineering- must
• At least 5 years of experience managing software development teams- must
• Minimum of 3 years experience leading software systems domains- must
• Proven experience implementing cloud-based CRM systems- must
• Experience developing, managing, and supporting multi-user systems- must
• Experience with AI-based process automation- an advantage
• Familiarity with ERP systems in a financial organization- an advantage
• Strong process orientation, business understanding, and ability to work across diverse interfaces
• Proven experience managing vendors and leading complex technology projects
