About The Role

We’re looking for a talented and hands-on Hardware Engineer to join our R&D team and take part in the design and development of custom electronic boards. The role includes schematic design, component selection, PCB layout, and hands-on board bring-up and testing. You’ll collaborate closely with other hardware, software, and mechanical engineers in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate has solid experience in board-level design and a strong execution mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Develop block diagrams and schematics from the initial concept phase
• Design high-speed digital circuit boards
• Define specifications; design, test, bring up, integrate, and release new products for production
• Perform PCB layout (including high-speed, power, and mixed-signal design considerations)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware, manufacturing) to optimize board-level implementation
• Prepare production files (Gerber, BOM, assembly drawings) and work with manufacturers
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in board design and schematic development
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PCB layout
• Experience with high-speed circuit design and layout
• Experience with power layout design
• Proven track record in fast-paced startup environments
  
  

• Familiarity with Linux environments
• Experience with C++
• Familiarity with Altium
