We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO to support the Statistical Computing Environment (SCE) project within our Pharma and Medical Device division.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the SCE project, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to facilitate onboarding, interviews, and approvals.
• Maintain communication logs and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
• Assist with gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on scope and expectations.
• Ensure all project documentation is up to date and stored in compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
• Track approvals and maintain records of contracts, change requests, and meeting notes.
• Organize and document project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
• Support preparation of presentations and status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  
  

• 2-4 years of experience in a PMO or project coordination role, preferably in a regulated or pharmaceutical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management workflows and systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, SharePoint).
