We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex technology projects for our clients across various industries. This role involves full ownership of project delivery, coordination between internal and external teams, vendor management, and ensuring successful execution aligned with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional technology projects.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project delivery.
- Coordinate between internal consulting teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders.
- Oversee project planning, execution, quality assurance, risk management, and reporting.
- Ensure projects meet defined KPIs, SLAs, and business objectives.
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid) based on project needs.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
