Role & Responsibilities: 

• Serve as a fractional/outsourced CFO for multiple clients
• Provide strategic financial guidance, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Oversee internal accounting functions and support client finance teams
• Develop and optimize financial processes for growth and scalability
• Build strong client relationships and deliver actionable insights
• Guide clients through fundraising, M&A, or other financial transactions as needed

Experience and Competencies:

• 7+ years of executive experience as a CFO
• Proven involvement in the Hi-tech sector
• Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Experience working in fast-paced or scaling companies
• Familiarity with VC funding processes

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Master’s degree preferred (MBA)
