Help organizations turn AI into real impact - through smart training, hands-on implementation, and meaningful change

We are expanding our team and looking for experienced, thoughtful professionals who can both lead workshops and work directly with clients to implement Generative AI across teams and workflows.

What you’ll do:

• Work with organizations across sectors - from tech and finance to healthcare, industry and government
• Lead workshops that make Gen AI accessible, practical, and relevant to each team’s goals
• Advise clients on how to integrate AI into their daily work, processes, and strategic plans
• Help teams define use cases, build internal knowledge, and create sustainable habits
• Collaborate with a team that values precision, depth, creativity, and real-world results

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with leading Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT (GPT-4), Gemini, NotebookLM, Perplexity, and Claude
• Experience in facilitating workshops and working directly with clients in organizations of different sizes
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills, structured thinking, and a deep sense of responsibility

Bonus if you also have:

• Experience in consulting, change management, or organizational development
• Background in strategy, innovation, operations, training, or internal communications
• Strong verbal and written skills in both Hebrew and English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients or projects

This is a freelance-based role, with potential for ongoing collaboration

Hybrid work - remote and in-person meetings/workshops across Israel
