Ehrlich Group has an open position in the software department for a skilled patent attorney or a trainee with industry experience.

Fluent English communication and writing skills are essential.

Knowledge in LLMs, machine learning, cybersecurity, and all the “tech” domains, such as fintech, proptech, etc., as well as drones and other software heavy fields is an advantage.

An academic and/or professional background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Theoretical Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Embedded Systems, Digital Design, and/or VLSI Design is preferred.

Work is remote or hybrid (Tel Aviv) at your discretion, under the supervision and guidance of Adv. and PA Roy Melzer, Head of the Department.

The role goal is to turn ideas into value and includes drafting patent applications, responding to office actions, analyzing prior art, drating patentability and freedom-to-operate reports, assisting in design around, as well as, developing client portfolio strategies, documenting drade secrets and seeking other IP tools to assist in generating vslue to clients.
