Product Team Lead

📍 Petah Tikva | 🕓 Full-time | 🌍 Hybrid

Cover is a fast-growing insurtech startup that leverages AI to make insurance accessible, transparent, and easy – for individuals and businesses.

We’re looking for a Product Team Lead to take end-to-end ownership of key product areas and lead a small but mighty product team. You’ll work across B2C, B2B, and internal tools, helping us scale our products and processes while staying close to the user.

🔧 What you’ll do:

• Own the full product lifecycle – from discovery and strategy to delivery and measurement
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional product team
• Drive product strategy across multiple domains: B2C, B2B, and internal platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company (ops, sales, CS, founders)
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and guide prioritization
• Bring clarity, structure, and focus to a fast-moving environment
• Advocate for user needs and translate them into smart product decisions
• Work closely with engineering to ship quickly and iterate with confidence

👀 What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years of product management experience
• Experience leading product teams or mentoring PMs – must
• Proven track record in B2C or B2B2C product environments
• Comfortable juggling multiple product types (customer-facing + internal tools)
• Strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills (Hebrew + English)
• Hands-on, data-driven, impact-oriented
• Startup background or experience in fast-moving product orgs – strong advantage
• Bonus: fintech/ Insurtech /AI Tools
