Software Delivery & Performance Analyst

We are looking for a Software Delivery & Performance Analyst to join the Integration team, which is responsible for the Software delivery of Mobileye algorithmic department, owning the CI process, including tools and test definition.

• This role offers the flexibility to work part-time from our other sites, subject to seat availability.
  
  

• Monitor development and delivery KPIs across algorithm teams, ensuring alignment with ASPICE compliance requirements and internal SDLC processes
• Assess delivery rates, milestone progress, and execution quality, with attention to traceability, documentation, and adherence to engineering standards
• Identify and investigate inefficiencies or blockers in the development lifecycle, including gaps in process compliance or deviations from defined workflows
• Analyze trends and discrepancies across teams; synthesize actionable insights and escalate risks to leadership as needed
• Maintain and continuously improve dashboards that track team and project performance, with visibility into compliance with SDLC stages (e.g., requirements coverage, code reviews, testing, validation)
• Collaborate with the Data Analysis team to define metrics, improve visualizations, and ensure accurate reflection of delivery status and ASPICE-related checkpoints
• Propose new indicators or methods to better reflect department health and delivery velocity
• Escalate risks and deviations to relevant management levels
• Recommend improvements in development processes, reporting frameworks, and tracking mechanisms
• Create and deliver periodic summary reports for Algo and Engineering leadership
  
  

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with exposure to program or release management processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with performance monitoring tools, dashboards (e.g., Grafana, Tableau, Power BI), or internal data visualization platforms
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, project managers, and developers
