AI Expert

We are seeking a seasoned AI Expert/ Implementor to lead the design and deployment of next-generation AI/ Agentic systems based on large language models (LLMs).

You will serve as a leader, applying deep expertise in LLM architectures, multi-step reasoning workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to deliver real-world AI solutions. This role goes beyond development — it involves strategic thinking, solution architecture, and hands-on prototyping with best-in-class tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead the development of Agentic AI systems, leveraging LLMs within a cloud-native environment.
• Apply advanced LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering to enable contextualized, goal-driven AI behavior.
• Build intelligent agents that integrate multi-modal data, perform tool-augmented reasoning, and retain contextual memory.
• Utilize Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Design and implement RAG frameworks to optimize relevance, accuracy, and efficiency in dynamic knowledge environments.
• Serve as AI domain expert.
• Act as a strategic partner to cross-disciplinary teams, aligning AI development with business goals and user-centric outcomes.
• Lead performance evaluation initiatives, define KPIs, and continuously iterate on deployed models for measurable impact.
• Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing across the organization through documentation, workshops, and advisory sessions
  
  

• Proven experience in designing and implementing LLM-based systems and Agentic AI solutions – must
• Deep understanding of Large Language Model architectures (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and advanced fine-tuning techniques – must
• Hands-on expertise in prompt engineering and goal-oriented reasoning workflows – must
• Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks – must
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) – strong advantage
• Experience building and deploying cloud-native AI solutions, integrating APIs, tools, and multi-agent systems – must
• Ability to build intelligent agents with multi-modal input, tool-augmented reasoning, and contextual memory – advantage
• Proven track record in leading AI architecture and strategy across organizations – must
• Experience defining and tracking performance KPIs, conducting evaluations, and optimizing deployed models – must
