Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process – from intake meetings and job postings to sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define profiles, and drive hiring decisions.
• Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, job boards, recruiting events, and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure each candidate receives a tailored, high-quality, and positive experience - from initial contact to final offer and beyond
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and process data in the ATS, ensuring reliable reporting and insights.
• Take part in HR initiatives like employer branding, onboarding, DE&I, and referral programs.
  
  

• 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience – preferably in tech-driven or high-growth companies.
• Proven experience recruiting for diverse roles across various departments and seniority levels.
• Excellent sourcing skills with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiarity with AI recruiting tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Passionate about people, growth, and building great teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, high independence, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic setting.
