Project Manager

Aitech Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Maintain continuous communication with project stakeholders.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Mange projects risks, identify and track projects risks, promote risk reduction and mitigation activities.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, software/hardware/mechanical/industrial, or a related field.
• 5+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
• Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
• Technically competent with various software programs, such as Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
• Management experience in the field of hardware design, rugged hardware – advantage.
• Experience with projects with Israeli defence companies (Elbit, Rafael, IAI, Etc.) - advantage
