Key Responsibilities:

✔ Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.

✔ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.

✔ Manage the full recruitment process from job postings to offer negotiations.

✔ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

✔ Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

✔ Stay updated on industry trends and innovative sourcing techniques.

Qualifications:

✔ Deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening methods.

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Proficiency with recruitment software and social media platforms.

✔ Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or a background in sales – a strong advantage.

✔ Knowledge of Office software, including Excel, and CRM systems – a strong advantage.

✔ ⁠Fluency in English and Hebrew at a very high level – mandatory.
