Responsibilities:

• Owning the operational aspect of the wired and wireless networks.
• Monitoring network performance.
• Collaborating with architecture, tooling and deployment teams.
• Advocating for and implementing automation.
• Educating the network support team.
• Serving as an escalation for network issues more complicated.

Qualifications:

• 8+ Years of experience in wireless site reliability engineering / wireless network operations .
• Solid grasp of underlying network and security components leveraged in a wireless network.
• Experience working with networks implementing EVPN, VRFs (and similar technologies).
• Expertise in general network technologies such as TCP/UDP, IPv4/IPv6, BGP, VPN, VLANs, L2 switching. Proven track record in network operations.
• Familiarity with network management tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Alert Manager, Nautobot /NetBox.
• Skills with ServiceNow and Jira.
