Technical Support Engineer

We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our support team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about networking and cybersecurity, who enjoys working with customers and solving complex technical challenges.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical support via chat, phone, and email to customers and partners
• Assist with configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices
• Manage service requests from initiation to resolution
• Perform root cause analysis and fault isolation for network and security issues

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in network or security technical support
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching (e.g., OSPF, BGP, VLAN)
• Hands-on experience with security protocols such as IPSec, SSL-VPN, and NAT
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cisco or Fortinet products
• Familiarity with authentication protocols such as RADIUS and TACACS
• Prior experience in an IT or cybersecurity support role
