We are looking for a tech Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team and lead the hiring efforts for outsourcing positions.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for various tech roles
- Posting jobs on social media and job boards
- Sourcing and screening resumes
- Conducting phone interviews
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
- Guiding candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Reporting to the HR Manager
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in tech recruitment, preferably in a project company
- Proven experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job posting – must
- Experience with "Adam" – an advantage
- Background in outsourcing recruitment – an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Assertiveness, multitasking, and process ownership
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks independently
- Fast learner
