What you’ll be spending your time on: 

Define and execute the product strategy for front-end foundations, aiming to deliver a unified, modern, and intelligent UI foundation that enables Payoneer to significantly enhance the customer experience, accelerate product development, and drive scalable and flexible innovation across the platform.
Define and lead the product roadmap of Payoneer’s application platformization.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, content, and data teams to ensure scalable, efficient, and consistent UI/UX across the organization.
Drive the adoption of AI-assisted workflows to enhance design and development processes.
Establish governance models and contribution processes for the design system and in-platform communication channel.
Measure and report on key performance indicators related to adoption, efficiency, and quality improvements.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focusing on platform or infrastructure products.
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of front-end development and UX/UI principles.
Proven experience in building and scaling design systems and front-end platforms.
Experience with defining and componentizing in-platform surfaces (communication channels).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools such as Figma, Storybook, and design token management.
A track record of implementing AI or automation tools to enhance product development workflows.
Not a Must, But a Plus**
Experience in a fintech or global payments environment.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and internationalization.
Background in content strategy or localization.
