• Operate and maintain high-availability production systems
• Monitor infrastructure health and resolve incidents proactively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Engineering, Security)
• Automate routine operational tasks and streamline workflows
• Contribute to platform reliability, observability, and documentation

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a systems operations or similar technical role
• Deep expertise in Linux/Windows OS and public cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Proficient scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
• Proven experience with both relational and non-relational databases – MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB
• Strong grasp of networking fundamentals, system security, and DevOps practices
• Excellent English communication skills—verbal and written

• Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Zabbix, Splunk)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker)
• Exposure to SaaS and cloud-native architectures

• Initiative, ownership, and problem-solving mindset
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• The ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-changing environment
