Mechanical Engineer – Industrial Plant | Project Leadership & Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team at a leading industrial manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering projects in the fields of production systems, infrastructure, and utilities.
• Design, implement, and optimize mechanical systems and processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, automation, and external contractors.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for mechanical failures and process inefficiencies.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and production lines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in managing engineering projects from concept to execution.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical systems, piping, HVAC, and industrial utilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
