Cloud FinOps Analyst

We’re looking for a Cloud FinOps Analyst to join our FinOps team and lead financial analysis of cloud infrastructure spend, with a focus on cost transparency, budgeting, and optimization. You’ll collaborate primarily with Finance and Business stakeholders, as well as R&D, to translate complex usage data into actionable financial and business insights. Your goal: drive smarter cloud investment decisions and improve financial efficiency and accountability across the company.

What You’ll Do – Day to Day

• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, monitoring, and financial analysis related to cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, R&D, Finance, Business) to analyze and monitor cloud spend—primarily in AWS
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize cloud cost performance using BI and data visualization tools
• Identify and present cost-saving opportunities to drive financial efficiency
• Deliver insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in a tech-focused environment
• Experience with AWS cloud Billing and infrastructure - must
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration – Must
• Strong analytical skills: ability to research, interpret, and visualize data with a technical and business mindset
• Proficiency in Excel – Must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong written and verbal communication in English – Must
• Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn with a get-things-done attitude

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with GCP and/or Azure cloud infrastructure and technologies
• Hands-on experience in cost optimization strategies for Kubernetes-based infrastructures.
• Experience with SQL and BI tools (experience with Finout is a plus) – Significant advantage
