COMBLACK is seeking a talented .NET Team Lead to join a leading organization in the Central District. If you're passionate about backend development and leadership, this one's for you!

Role Overview:

🔹 Lead and manage a .NET development team

🔹 Take ownership of planning, developing, and maintaining core systems built on ASP.NET and .NET Core

🔹 Perform code refactoring and system upgrades to improve performance, availability, and security

Requirements:

✅ At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET / .NET Core in complex systems

✅ Minimum 2 years in a team lead or tech leadership role

✅ Strong knowledge of C#, OOP, Design Patterns, and familiarity with Microservices (advantage)

✅ Good understanding of SQL Server / NoSQL, Web APIs, and RESTful services

✅ Experience working in Agile environments
