This position requires you to take on a considerable amount of responsibility and ownership.

You are expected to bring your creative passion and highly developed visual aesthetic skills, as well as your leadership and managerial skills, to solve problems and ultimately produce high-quality materials within short timeframes.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating a developing team of Graphic Designers and writers
• Organize and facilitate the processes of creative thinking
• Deliver results on time, while maintaining a high standard of design
• Make sure the team is meeting their KPIs while aligned with studio OKRs
• Work closely with Monetization managers to successfully execute promotions
• Conceptualize, present, and execute ideas from A to Z.
• Stay updated on the latest developments, trends and thinking within Digital Design
• Create a clear, intuitive and cohesive look & feel, and overall user experience for all our communications
• Work in a dynamic environment while performing swift decision making within tight schedules
• Always have a ‘CAN DO’ approach while setting expectations
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in a leading design role
• Strong design, drawing, color, composition, typography and conceptual ideation abilities
• Excellent knowledge of Photoshop.
• Good knowledge in Illustrator & After Effects
• Quick sketching methods and the ability to articulate concepts
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Cool and collected, someone who isn’t afraid to face a challenge head-on
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Strong leadership skills
• A strong business understanding and high familiarity with the game
• Familiarity with AI tools
