We are looking for a Vice President of R&D to lead, grow, and scale our engineering organization. Being responsible for shaping our product execution and driving technical excellence as we expand.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team across Tel Aviv and Dallas.
- Build an organization that combines strong technical delivery with a positive, collaborative culture.
- Drive execution on our product roadmap while maintaining technical quality and velocity.
- Foster tight collaboration between R&D, product, and business teams.
- Actively participate in shaping company strategy and aligning engineering priorities with business goals.
- Drive AI innovation within our cybersecurity solutions.
- Implement best practices for managing a global, distributed team.
- Attract, hire, and retain top engineering talent.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 years of experience in an R&D executive role.
- Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams in startup or high-growth environments.
- Strong technical foundation, with the ability to engage on architecture, design, and product discussions.
- Track record of delivering complex products to market, ideally in cybersecurity, AI, or enterprise software.
- Experience working with or managing remote and distributed teams.
- People-first leadership style with a passion for building empowered, motivated teams.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI technologies or AI-driven products.
- Exposure to U.S. markets or customers, particularly in cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with startup scaling — from MVP to growth stage.
