Recruitment Analyst

We are looking for an Analyst for a key role within IAI's recruitment center, focusing on data analysis, control, reporting, and leading cross-organizational improvement processes.

The position includes:

• Analyzing data from recruitment systems and existing dashboard

s• Extracting insights and supporting decision-making for recruitment center management and company leadershi

p• Ongoing control of key performance indicators (KPIs) in recruitment processes, identifying bottlenecks and anomalie

s• Building and maintaining monthly and quarterly reports, presentations, and dashboard

s• Responsibility for generating periodic reports for governmental bodie

s• Leading and participating in projects to improve candidate experience, streamline processes, and shorten recruitment time

s• Ongoing collaboration with internal units: Human Capital, Information Systems, hiring managers, and mor

e• Ongoing collaboration with external vendors: screening and assessment systems, career site, recruitment system, and mor

e• Providing support and technical operation for recruitment system users within the organization: troubleshooting, user settings, process implementatio
