Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Retention & Appointment Confirmation Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring patient engagement and continuity of care. You will be responsible for a hybrid role combining customer retention and appointment verification via phone.

Customer Retention: Contacting new clients who have made an initial payment but are hesitant to proceed with their appointment.

Appointment Confirmation: Contacting existing clients before their scheduled appointment to confirm their arrival.

Information Provision: Providing comprehensive information about the appointment, location, arrival instructions, and any other relevant details

Cancellation Prevention: Identifying situations where a client might cancel their appointment and offering solutions to prevent cancellations.

Rescheduling: Assisting clients in rescheduling appointments in case of cancellations.

Calendar Management: Efficiently coordinating and organizing appointments, taking into account client availability and various factors

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar customer retention role – mandatory.

Service-oriented approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Excellent communication skills.

High proficiency in a computerized environment.

Full fluency in Hebrew (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory.

Advantage for fluency in Russian and/or English.

Prior experience working with the Rapid system – a significant advantage.

Experience in work environments related to clinics/hospitals, or medical tourism – an advantage.
