We are seeking a highly skilled BE Engineer with a passion for data.

In this role, you will tackle complex challenges at the intersection of backend and data engineering to build and optimize the infrastructure supporting machine learning models and large-scale data workflows.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating ML models in our systems. Collaboration with data scientists and cross-functional teams will be key to delivering production-ready solutions that drive impactful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize backend systems for scalable and efficient data processing, particularly in machine learning workflows.
• Develop and maintain ML flows deployment, ensuring smooth integration between systems.
• Solve complex design and scale challenges, focusing on performance and low-latency systems that support ML and data-heavy applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product, and other backend engineers to design end-to-end solutions, integrating ML models with the infrastructure.
• Ensure that all backend systems are tested, optimized, and continuously monitored, including writing, running, and automating unit, functional, and load tests.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and contribute to the ongoing improvement of backend systems, ML workflows, and data engineering tools.
  
  

What You Will Bring To The Team

• 3+ years: of experience in software development, with a focus on Backend engineering
• Deep proficiency: in Java/Scala and Python
• Strong foundation: in system design, API development, and distributed systems
• Commitment to Quality: A passion for writing clean, performant, and thoroughly tested code
• Production Expertise: Proven experience with release management, observability, and troubleshooting
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. You are an active listener and a dialogue facilitator, you know how to explain your decision and like sharing your knowledge.
