Role Overview: As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in aligning manufacturing operations with company goals derived from demand planning. You will lead operational meetings, assess production capabilities, and present insights to senior management and central planning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate production activities based on demand forecasts
• Lead operational meetings and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Analyze monthly production capacity vs. forecasts
• Identify bottlenecks and present data-driven solutions
• Develop and monitor production schedules across all manufacturing lines
• Integrate preventive maintenance into production plans
• Coordinate product development trials
• Work in a digital environment using SAP, APO, and ROBEX

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration – mandatory
• 1–2 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment- mandatory
• Strong process and people management skills
• Creative and solution-oriented mindset
