We are recruiting an AI Program Manager to join a technology company in the Sharon region.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs in the areas of AI, Data, and Digital Transformation

-Work with advanced tools and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Agent Platforms

-Ensure alignment of AI projects with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets

-Oversee execution, track progress, manage risks, and report to stakeholders and senior leadership

Requirements:

5 years of experience managing programs/projects in the fields of Data, Digital, or AI
Experience working with tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Agent Platforms
Experience with AI technologies, data science principles, and machine learning
Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
Official certifications in project/program management – an advantage
