NOC Student Operator – Leading Communications Company (Center Region)
Employment Type: Part-Time (Shift Work, 24/7)
About the Role:
A successful communications company is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy student to join its NOC (Network Operations Center) team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and oversee IT infrastructure, servers, and network environments.
- Provide real-time technical support and incident resolution to internal and international clients.
- Work in shifts (24/7), including weekends and holidays.
- Communicate effectively in Hebrew and English.
- Escalate and manage complex technical issues in collaboration with the system and support teams.
- Report to the System & Technical Support Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in technical support or Help Desk – mandatory.
- Experience with Windows Server, Windows Desktop, and Linux OS – an advantage.
- High-level English (spoken and written); additional languages – an advantage.
- Availability for shift work in a 24/7 support center, including weekends.
- Currently pursuing a degree – 1st or 2nd year.
- Strong service orientation, team player, excellent interpersonal skills.
- Commitment for at least one year.
