Head of Reconciliation – Forex Industry

Location: HaTahana 1, Kfar Saba

Reports to: Global CFO

Position Type: Full-time

Position Overview:

A leading international company in the Forex and Fintech industry is seeking a Head of Reconciliation to lead and manage all reconciliation processes across the organization. This critical role includes full responsibility for financial reconciliations between trading platforms, PSPs, banks, credit card providers, and client trust accounts, ensuring accuracy, control, and operational insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the reconciliation process between client transactions, PSPs, bank accounts, and trust accounts.
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving financial discrepancies and mismatches.
• Developing and implementing automated reconciliation processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Generating periodic reports and presenting reconciliation findings to global finance leadership.
• Working closely with internal departments including Finance, BI, Operations, Compliance, and R&D.
• Managing relationships with PSPs and financial institutions.
• Building and managing a high-performing reconciliation team (if required).

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a reconciliation or finance role within the Forex industry – must.
• In-depth knowledge of payment flows: PSPs, credit card transactions, e-wallets, wire transfers, and trust accounts – must.
• Advanced Excel skills – required.
• Team management experience – a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, or Business – advantage.
• Experience working in a global environment – advantage.
