We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our most valuable asset – our people! This is an incredible opportunity to lead comprehensive HR initiatives across a diverse and rapidly evolving organization.
- Strategic HR Leadership: Leading and implementing the company's HR strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing development, retention, and offboarding processes.
- Talent Acquisition: Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and selection of top talent.
- Managerial Support & Coaching: Providing ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to managers on a wide range of HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and team development.
- HR Planning & Budgeting: Involvement in building annual HR work plans and budgets, and overseeing their implementation and execution.
- Employee Welfare & Relations: Addressing individual employee welfare matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering positive employee relations.
- Learning & Development: Overseeing training and development initiatives, and promoting employee well-being programs.
- Process Improvement: Driving continuous improvement in HR processes, policies, and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field – Required.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources in a comprehensive HR role, preferably within a dynamic and large organization.
- Demonstrated experience across the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, welfare, and talent development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hebrew & English).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of independence, proactivity, and personal accountability.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
