Project Manager

StoreNext is looking for a Industrial Engineering graduate (no prior experience required) to lead exciting and challenging technological projects with some of the largest companies in the market.

This position involves managing both new and existing clients, leading end-to-end (E2E) project execution, from kickoff through full implementation — including product operation, business and technical requirement gathering, and ongoing client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technological projects for major clients
• Define project work plans and ensure successful execution
• Analyze and understand customer needs, translate them into business and technical requirements, and communicate them to development teams
• Coordinate and integrate between various internal departments and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management
• Strong ability to lead processes and collaborate with diverse teams in a complex work environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
