We are looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Education Manager to join our team and lead the development and delivery of high-impact training programs—both internally and externally. This person will play a critical role in ensuring successful product adoption and delivering clinical value through education.

You will be responsible for conducting in-person training for nurses, physicians, and hospital teams, as well as onboarding and educating internal sales and implementation teams. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires frequent travel and close collaboration with clinical teams, sales, and product functions.

Responsibilities:

Customer-Facing Education

• Plan and conduct in-person training sessions for hospital staff (nurses, physicians, technicians) during onboarding, go-lives, and post-implementation.
• Lead user education for new product launches and clinical evaluations.
• Develop tailored training programs to support diverse clinical settings, including ICU, step-down, and pediatric units.
• Serve as an expert resource on best practices for fluid monitoring and device integration.

Internal Training

• Deliver ongoing training programs for sales, customer success, and clinical support staff.
• Support onboarding of new team members with structured learning tracks.

Training Development

• Create, update, and manage training materials (presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, clinical protocols).
• Implement tools for scalable education delivery, including LMS platforms and certification processes.

Program Management & Optimization

• Track training effectiveness
• Continuously improve educational content based on clinical outcomes, user experience, and product updates.

Requirements

• Exceptional English communication skills; U.S. audience experience required
• Clinical background preferred (RN, biomedical engineer, allied health, or equivalent experience in ICU or critical care settings).
• Proven experience in clinical education, training, or implementation of medical devices.
• Strong interpersonal and teaching skills, with the ability to simplify complex content for diverse audiences.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively domestically and internationally.
• Fluent in Hebrew
