We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced and collaborative team at MIS Implants, a member of the Dentsply Sirona Group. What You’ll Do:

 🔹 Coordinate day-to-day administrative processes within the marketing department

🔹 Manage and organize professional visits from A to Z

🔹 Lead marketing procurement – from identifying suppliers and collecting quotes to managing orders and deliveries 🔹 Monitor and manage marketing inventory (SKUs), identify shortages, and coordinate restocking

🔹 Provide logistical support for events, conferences, and customer visits

🔹 Support new marketing initiatives to drive departmental goals

🔹 Maintain and update marketing policies and procedures in line with company standards

🔹 Assist with compliance requirements based on company regulations

🔹 Operate digital marketing systems and platforms

🔹 Identify team needs and help implement effective solutions

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 2–4 years of experience in an administrative role – preferably in marketing

✅ Experience in procurement or supplier coordination – a plus

✅ High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

✅ Excellent multitasking and time management skills under tight deadlines

✅ Familiarity with digital marketing tools and ERP systems – an advantage

✅ Strong English skills – reading, writing, and speaking

✅ Additional languages – an advantage
