Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a data-driven and creative PPC Specialist to join our fast-growing digital marketing team!

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, create engaging ad copies, and continuously test for performance improvements.
• Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights to boost ROI.
• Collaborate closely with creative, eCommerce, and content teams to drive growth.
• Stay ahead of trends, algorithms, and platform updates in the digital advertising world.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience in an agency or in-house team.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven success in managing paid media budgets.
• Experience with eCommerce, especially fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about results.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Familiarity with A/B testing, automation tools, and CRO principles.
• A team player with great communication skills and a can-do attitude.
