Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Software Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in backend, frontend, full-stack, automation, and AI development.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, hands-on development skills, and proven experience managing senior engineers.

This role involves leading the design and delivery of scalable, resilient, and high-performance software solutions with a focus on platform core functionality and Voice AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams of senior software engineers (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Automation, AI).
• Oversee the platform’s core functionality and ensure delivery of high-quality software aligned with business needs.
• Analyze business requirements, provide technical insight, and deliver accurate effort estimations.
• Architect, design, and implement flexible, scalable, and resilient software products following modern best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment across teams.
• Provide hands-on contribution in coding, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Managing Voice AI technologies (e.g., LLM, RAG, STT, TTS) in product design and development.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data storage, retrieval, and management
  
  

• BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, including multidisciplinary groups (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Automation, AI).
• Strong hands-on experience in software architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance applications.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software systems in production environments.
• Experience with Voice AI technologies: LLM, RAG, STT, TTS.
• Deep knowledge of React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern web frameworks.
• Work with React-based UI frameworks such as Material-UI (MUI) to create responsive and accessible interfaces.
• Utilize popular React.js state management workflows such as Flux or Redux (a significant advantage).
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and levels.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Background in telecommunication, AI-driven applications, or voice platforms.
