At GSI Technology , we’re driving innovation in the intersection of intelligent software. We're looking for an ML Researcher to join our dynamic team and take full ownership over the model deployment lifecycle — from optimization and inference to scaling and monitoring in production environments.

You'll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our Machine Learning infrastructure, focusing on::

- Production-grade **Inference pipelines**

- Model optimization & deployment using **ONNX**, **TensorRT**

- CI/CD automation for ML workflows

- End-to-end **Model Lifecycle Management**

- Performance monitoring & model tuning

- Collaboration with algorithm and backend teams

We work in a **fast-paced MLOps environment**, using technologies like `Python`, `Docker`, `Git`, `Linux`, `PyTorch`, and `TensorFlow`.

✅Your Qualifications:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/engineering discipline (Computer Science, EE, Math, Physics, etc.)

- 2–5 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer / Algorithm Developer / similar roles

- 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience

- Experience in **model deployment** and **infrastructure optimization**

- Solid understanding of **MLOps principles** and production best practices

- Familiarity with **ONNX**, **TensorRT**, and **CI/CD** pipelines

- Advantage: experience in **C++ / C**
